NO Xplode Made Easy  Site slogan
I've read many NO Xplode reviews, did not really know what to expect with this supplement, but it does deliver. During the lifting portion of my workout, my muscles fatigued earlier than usual. Not sure if I did not drink enough water (I drink at least a gallon a day or more). I have only taken one scoop at a time so far and I would not recommend taking more than that to begin with. No noticable effect on the cardio portion of my workout but my quads/hams were burning a little more than usual while on the stationary bike. Overall, good review and I will continue to use this product more frequently. Flavor varies with amount of water so I just add more water to the mix.

Alot of the guys that I work with were using this product. They all talked about how much difference it made when they were in the gym. I thought they were just blowing smoke up my...well, you get the point. I finally broke down and bought a tub of it. The first flavor I bought was fruit punch. The first night I lifted after using it, I was hooked. My intensity, my focus, the pump, everything, increased. I left the gym feeling like I'd never felt before. I seriously believe that the gains I've made so far, are a direct result of this product. This product wasn't the only contribution, but it played a big part. After the fruit punch, I tried lemon-lime, which was also rather tasty. Now I'm on my third container, which is the blue rasberry, which also has a good taste, to me anyways. I do recommend if you're using this product, to follow the tolerance test and cycling instructions on the container. I first only used one scoop, that was all my body needed. Now I'm up to two scoops per serving. Also, I've used the product for about three months now, and I've recently started getting an upset stomach about every other time I use it. So, I think my body is telling me it's about time to cycle off of it for a month or so, and then try it again. The container recommends 4 months on, 1 month off. But everyone's body is different. So, I think it's 3 months for me. If you want to read more here are some more NO Xplode and Jack3d Reviews

Helo Post2010-07-01
I just retired from the U.S. Military after 20 years in the Air Force living on Okinawa Japan (The Rock). I am married to a local Japanese beauty, no kids yet but planning.

I had always been able to work out regularly in the past staying in pretty good shape until my last four years in the Military, my schedule became too hectic and it kept me in an out of the gym.

But nowadays I am able to do it full time again, I just begun a 3 day split Mon, Wed, Friday utilizing compound exercises each day to accomplish a full physical structure workout three times a week.

Just trying to get back on track with one of my passions lifting weights, I sure do enjoy being able to do it full time at one time again.

Cheers
